Towee Lamp is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

4. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date

If your lamp arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
