At Towee Lamp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The lamp must not be installed or modified

  • All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed lamps

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Towee Lamp is not responsible for lost return shipments.
